YEARS OF GROWTH

FINANCIAL INCREASE

Since April 6, 1991, I have proudly served Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. through various positions from collegiate to international levels. Positions include treasurer on all levels, as well as International Auditor, Great Lakes Regional Director, and most recently, the 1st International Vice President of the fraternity.

Under my tenure as 1st International Vice President, We're averaging 83% retention, the highest sustained member retention rate in the recent years. We previously only hit 80% twice in the preceding decade.

3 years of consecutive new member growth, after 3 consecutive years of decline and no consecutive years of growth in the preceding decade. This includes consecutive years of collegiate growth from 2021 to 2023, after consecutive annual declines from 2017 to 2021 (even pre-covid) and no consecutive years of increase in the preceding decade.

During my tenure as Great Lakes Regional Director, we had a 17% increase in overall financial chapters, with a 30% increase in active collegiate chapters. This includes a record breaking year in 2022 with the largest financial membership in the fraternity's history.

2024 & BEYOND

Since April 6, 1991, I have proudly served Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. through various positions from collegiate to international levels. Positions include treasurer on all levels, as well as International Auditor, Great Lakes Regional Director, and most recently, the 1st International Vice President of the fraternity.

The Great Lakes Region saw an increase in chapter report submissions of 230%, with over 180% increase in PIA submissions during my time as regional director.

I have facilitated many partnerships with Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and major companies. The most notable recent partnerships secured were with Google for Nonprofits and Lenovo. I am always looking for more ways to benefit our members.

With the year being halfway over, we are continuously making strides to improve the fraternity. This include a 3% membership increase in collegiate members in half of the time. Stay tuned for what's to come under my tenure as International President of The People's Frat.
